Platform privacy notice
This notice explains what Eira stores for shoppers, vendors and Telegram users so the marketplace can operate.
Data categories
For shoppers, shops store name, phone number, delivery address, township, order history, payment method and payment screenshots for QR payments. For vendors, Eira stores account details, shop profile, plan, invoices, subscription payment proofs and support contacts.
Purposes
Data is used to create accounts, operate shop storefronts, confirm orders, verify payment evidence, deliver parcels, send Telegram updates, provide support, protect against abuse and keep accounting records.
Telegram data
When a shopper or vendor links Telegram, Eira stores Telegram user or chat identifiers needed to send order, delivery, pairing and billing messages. Telegram message content is used only to process the requested command, order proof or callback.
Google sign-in data
When a vendor signs in with Google, Eira receives only the basic profile that Google shares for sign-in: the Google account identifier, verified email address, display name and profile picture URL. Eira uses them to create or link the vendor account and show who is signed in. Eira does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google data, does not keep Google access tokens, and never shares this information with third parties. You can revoke Eira's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Retention
Payment proof image files are purged after each shop's proofRetentionDays setting. Admin sessions expire after 30 days and expired sessions, pairing links and rate-limit rows are pruned. Order history, invoices and audit events are kept for reports, support and accounting unless anonymisation is requested where legally appropriate.
Your rights and requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete/anonymise personal data. Shoppers should include the shop name, order code and phone number used for the order. Vendors should contact Eira from the account email where possible.
