Pricing questions
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Every new shop is live for 14 days before the first subscription invoice is due.
How do I pay for Eira?
Transfer the invoice amount by KBZPay or Wave Pay, upload the screenshot in your account billing page, and the Eira team verifies it. Eira does not collect card payments.
What happens when a paid period ends?
A renewal invoice is issued before the period ends. If it is still unpaid at period end, the shop becomes past due; after a 7-day grace period it is suspended until payment is verified.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Plan changes can be handled from your account billing flow or by contacting Eira support when the platform team needs to review the change.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop renewing your subscription. Your shop remains responsible for completing existing customer orders.
Who owns my shop and order data?
Your business owns its catalogue and order records. Eira hosts the software and keeps the operational data needed to run orders, billing and support.
Who delivers the orders?
The shop remains responsible for fulfilment. Eira provides delivery zones, customer tracking and rider hand-off tools so the seller and delivery team can coordinate.
